My Mommy Is A Saint - Inspirational Children's Book by Chris & Glow

Have you ever read a child's book to a little one that touched your heart as well? There have been a few that I have felt that way about and today, I want to share one of them with you. It's a wonderful find for a touching and inspirational children's book about honoring your mothers, called 

This children's book is based on the true story of a mother who would not give up on her son & the beautiful love between them

After I watched their kickstarter video and learned of Chris & Glow's mission for touching children's lives, I knew I had to share this sweet book with you!
Chris lost his mother to cancer as a teenager and was plagued with guilt as he grew up without her, knowing all the things he should have told her but didn't. I know exactly the pain he is talking of after having lost my mother to cancer as well and desperately wishing you could change something that you now no longer can, before they left this Earth. 


Chris took that life lesson and didn't let it go to waste. He and his wife are now working together to tell children everywhere how thankful they need to be for their mother and how she is a gift from God. I feel so passionately for their mission to continue writing these books that will motivate children to be thankful and to help instill Godly character traits. Teach your children to appreciate the caregivers in their lives and to express their thankfulness! This beautiful book is one way to help them in this and just in time for Mother's Day too!

Haynes Family Prayer Letter - October 2018

October 2018 Dear Supporting Churches and Friends, Got some good news to report in from this past month.  First, I will tell you about a great project which Justine is doing  for two orphanages in Rome. A while back, somebody gifted Justine about 100 skeins of yarn (that’s one of those yarn thingies for all you guys out there).  Justine was praying about using the yarn to make something on a large scale for a group of people, but also using it to get the Gospel of our Lord Jesus to that specific group .  One of Justine’s heroes is Dorcas because she made garments for the poor as her ministry, which ultimately brought Glory to God when Peter raised her from the dead in Acts 9.  Justine got in touch with an orphanage in Rome which currently has 80 kids living there.
