Our January 2016 Prayer Letter

Standing before me in the sun on the parking lot I asked the young man: "In the scope of eternity, What do you think God wants you to do: go to college or win people to Jesus Christ?" His reply: "Win people to Jesus Christ". I told him, "and with the ability you have to approach random people and ask them for money...you could be the greatest missionary on the face of the earth!"

While going to the store, I noticed a young man "hitting people up" in the parking lot of the store attempting to sell books for college. (At least he is working and not a bum). I had gospel tracts on me and so I just waited for him to approach me with his sales pitch. After listening for a while, I reversed the flow of questions. I found out where he was going to school which is a 7th day adventist school...no problem, I didn't bash him right there because... he said he used the KJV and actively read it. I encouraged him to read it and follow what the Bible said. I gave him $5, a gospel tract which he gladly took, and encouraged him to follow the Bible. Please pray for this young man, his name is Joshua.

Our church needed to be pressure washed and when the man came to do it, I met him with coffee and conversation. During our conversation, he told me he went to Bible school while in prison. I told him I was in law enforcement and went through Bible school to which he mumbled: "Me too". An undercover drug agent who got mixed up in the undercover life. I encouraged him and we parted on very good terms. Please pray for this man named Alan, he knows the Lord and with God is putting his life back together.
We had some very good meetings this month and finishing January with a wonderful mission's conference in AL. February's meetings are in AL and Middle TN. Please continue to pray for us, and please pray that I continue to schedule meetings for OH, PA, VA, and NY...I only have 3 months to fill for 2016 to be completed!

I tell you the above stories as just a few examples of the seed YOU are actively sowing and the fruit YOU are actively cultivating because of your faithfulness in pray & support. It is blessing to serve our supporting churches and friends who sacrificially give so the Gospel of Jesus Christ can be sent to Italy. Thank you for allowing us to be apart of your mission's vision of reaching the lost for King Jesus through your prayers and financial support.

Haynes Family Prayer Letter - October 2018

October 2018 Dear Supporting Churches and Friends, Got some good news to report in from this past month.  First, I will tell you about a great project which Justine is doing  for two orphanages in Rome. A while back, somebody gifted Justine about 100 skeins of yarn (that’s one of those yarn thingies for all you guys out there).  Justine was praying about using the yarn to make something on a large scale for a group of people, but also using it to get the Gospel of our Lord Jesus to that specific group .  One of Justine’s heroes is Dorcas because she made garments for the poor as her ministry, which ultimately brought Glory to God when Peter raised her from the dead in Acts 9.  Justine got in touch with an orphanage in Rome which currently has 80 kids living there. Justine explained everything to the director and they were THRILLED about handmade scarves and gave us the “green light” to send everything.  T...
