Haynes Family Prayer Letter - October/November 2017

November 2017
Dear Supporting Churches and Friends,
We made it from New York back to Alabama mostly in one piece. Everybody is healthy for the moment and Justine continues to improve, even though the trip was somewhat hard for her.  Thank the Lord!
When I came back to the mission's house in Cincinnati, OH...I heard “thump thump, thump thump” under the car hood. Engine misfiring...400 miles from home. But thanks to the prayers of you all and the Divine faithfulness of our Lord, we made it back to the Huntsville area and I am getting the van looked at soon, and we hope and pray it is not a major problem.
I am happy to inform our current supporting churches that we have a new supporting church this month as the Lord continues to build the much needed support!
We have had many views on the online Italian Chick Tracts. This is a blessing because (as you know) it stays on the internet and people come to it with or without me. It is like an ever growing snowball rolling downhill—it just keeps picking up steam!! We were also able to speak to the man in Sicily that we told you of, Sal, and tell him that we have some friends there in Palermo (missionary Josh Leib) that he could practice English with and he was very excited and thankful! So we gave Josh his info and pray that the Lord will work it out that they can meet and Sal can get the Gospel. God is working on him!
Beside this, I have been able to get the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ out to many people while on the road from New York to Alabama. For a while, most of our meetings will be in the south so we do ask for your prayers about meetings as I call to schedule.
End of year Prayer Requests:
  • Vehicle to Hold together
  • Meetings
  • New Support from churches already presented to

Thank you very much and we hope you have a good Thanksgiving. We are thankful for you all!

In Christ,

Bro. Harrison Haynes

Your Missionary to Italy
