I love making soups! I never follow a  recipe and always use leftovers or whatever ingredients I have on hand. I find that soups are one of the best  ways to pack in a ton of nutrition all while being a very affordable way to feed a large family! For instance, if I have 2 sweet potatoes, it's definitely not enough to feed a family of 7, but in a soup it's more than enough!
