Neat Blessing

Image
Friday night, my husband and I were able to go on a date, which is the first time in years, so we were thankful for the opportunity. Claudia went with us since I'm nursing her and we joked about it saying that Claudia was going on her first date! :) So here is a picture of her... When we went to drop off the other 3 children, my step mother asked us to come here because she had something for my husband and I. She explained that she had gone to Goodwill earlier that day before we dropped the kids off and she bought a little satchel there. Well when she got home she was going through the pockets and found a Starbucks card in there and called for the balance on the card and there was $20 on it!  So she gave us the card to use on our date! What a very sweet gift and very nice of the Lord to do that for us!  God has ways of making us smile even in hard times - He is not limited or bound by anything and I'm so thankful that I have Him for my Savior and Helper!

Miracles Do Still Happen

RISE AND SHINE FOR JESUS! \O/ By Pam Iannello (my late mother) A ministry of New Beginnings Baptist Church @ www.nbbconline.com John 6:5-9 (KJV) When Jesus then lifted up his eyes, and saw a great company come unto him, he saith unto Philip, Whence shall we buy bread, that these may eat? [6] And this he said to prove him: for he himself knew what he would do. [7] Philip answered him, Two hundred pennyworth of bread is not sufficient for them, that every one of them may take a little. [8] One of his disciples, Andrew, Simon Peter's brother, saith unto him, [9] There is a lad here, which hath five barley loaves, and two small fishes: but what are they among so many? In our previous lessons, we’ve considered the lad’s role in the feeding of the five thousand and we’ve looked at Philip’s perspective toward addressing the overwhelming odds against us and fulfilling the important needs of men, women and children. Today I want us to consider Andrew’s attitude to

April Prayer Letter

April 2014 Prayer Letter Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,      I have great news this prayer letter…although when you can write about Jesus and serving the King, every letter should be great! First, I greatly thank you for your prayers!  Many people receive this letter and pray for us which is a blessing--  “Pray support” is just as needed as financial support for the work of the ministry:  as a pastor, an evangelist “on the road”, or a missionary on a foreign field. Answered Prayer Report:  Since coming back to the States, we needed a minivan due to the precious expansion of our family.  After prayer and WAITING on God’s timing, God delivered a van for us which covers more than our needs.  The van was provided by a tax return (which I didn’t think I would be getting this year).  ALSO…we received our new prayer cards which were provided for us FREE.  God Bless the company which did this…and PLEASE pray for them….they (as a blessing to missionaries)
