Jesus puts practice before preaching. Do you? Scripture is clear that the teacher must apply the Word of God to himself before he is qualified to teach others. Scribes and Pharisees were men who “say and do not”, who love to preach but do not perform. This however, is Christ’s test of greatness! J Dear Pastor, Friends, and Supporting Churches, God has been very good to us here in NY.  NY is very unique to us in regards to the ministry to Italy: Italians and Catholics...and lots of them!  At a family birthday party  the neighbor came outside to walk her dog.  My daughter immediately feel in love with the doggie, and Justine went over to talk. After a few minutes of conversation, the neighbor stated that she was Italian and had just arrived back from an Italian vacation...and actually visited  the little town where we lived (Mandela, Italy pop. 600 people) .  Justine witnessed to her and gave her a gospel tract with a local church's address...please pray for Bernice that she would see her need of the Saviour! Chloe has been at it again, witnessing to her friends and family! Using a boat ride on the Finger Lakes in NY, Chloe explained to her 7yr old cousin how this lake (one of the Finger Lakes) is like the Lake of Fire where sinners must go after death. Chloe

Selah. This morning I had a chance to be in the house all by myself – a rare occasion to be sure! I really enjoyed it and found that it altered my quiet time in a unique way. As I sat at the kitchen counter with my Bible open, I read a portion of scripture and then proceeded to talk to the Lord without stopping. Except for the possibility of the phone ringing, there was no chance of an interruption. What a difference it made in the way I prayed! As the verse above states, I poured out my heart before the Lord. Cares and concerns within me came out in full force as a steady stream, a continued succes
